Mexican Roll-ups

Filling:

1cup sour cream
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup chopped olives
2 tsp. taco seasoning
1 cup grated cheese (whatever you have on hand)
1/2 cup salsa
2 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken

Topping:

1 cup sour cream
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 tsp taco seasoning
3/4 cups grated cheese

Put filling muxture in flour tortillas, roll up, and place in lightly greased baking dish. Spread topping mixture over the top of the roll-ups. Bake uncovered 375 for 30 minutes.
